Tottonians closed the first half of the 2024/25 season with a disappointing defeat at Bournemouth but there was plenty of pride in the camp, given the amount of upheaval in selection during the week.

The final league match of 2024 is upon us and its a short trip across the Dorset border to face fourth place Bournemouth as all of the top four sides go head-to-head this weekend.

Tottonians got back to winning ways and maintained their spot in second place in the Regional 2 South Central table with a rather forgettable, disjointed win over Petersfield – but both sides should be praised for their hard graft.

It has been a long couple of weeks between games, following the postponement last week, but we will hopefully see some action this time around as East meets West (Hampshire) with Petersfield heading to Water Lane for the first time for a league game in 22 years.

An improved 2nd half effort briefly threatened an unlikely comeback, but it was to end in vain, and with no bonus points collected, Totts now find themselves 2 points behind Farnham in the table.

Storm Bert hit with some force on Saturday but it didn’t stop Tottonians 2s getting back to winning ways with a highly professional performance in atrocious conditions in defeating third placed Aldershot & Fleet 48-5 at a saturated Water Lane.

Tottonians eased to another comfortable victory, keeping them at the top of the table with nine wins from nine games but there was still plenty to discuss and analyse post the 59-8 success over struggling Newbury.

A sold out pre-match lunch as we welcome our Vice Presidents and Ex-Players back to Water Lane for a crunch game in the league against a side at the wrong end of the table but certainly dangerous, Newbury.

Tottonians cantered to a comfortable seven-try victory over Andover, taking home all five points in a 44-15 success in North Hampshire – making it eight win from eight to stay top of the table.
